Bar de la esquina...

Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico. My home town!

The town was founded in May 25, 1838 by Francisco Salas.

Este bar es mas viejo que'l frio... No se si todavia sirve al publico pero si no lo es, seria un espacio perfecto para una galeria de arte. Espero que alguien inteligente conserve este edificio...

Funny that you mention it,

We have actually expropriated the building and are planning during the next term (when there's funding) to convert it into the "Casa de Arte y Cultura". We had plans to have a non-profit community organization run it, but it would probably be harder for
them to get funding then us.

The expropriation process took almost two years. The owners actually opposed to selling it, if I remember correctly (they wanted more money for it than what the tasacion said it was worth.)

Someone actually lives in that building, did you know that?
